Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Design and documentation of the Tulip App.
• Assist or drive status meetings to communicate and address project risks or issues.
• Customize and configure Tulip apps using the Tulip platform and associated technologies.
• Integrate Tulip applications with other enterprise systems and databases.
• Ensure Change control for new features being developed.
• Optimize Tulip apps for performance, usability, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience with a demonstrable technical background related to engineering and technical project delivery.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Experience in supporting Tulip software globally.
• Experience with back-end integrations using APIs, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing Tulip apps.
• Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends for the purposes of both cost reduction and service improvement.
• Technical experience in Tulip Software, and Business Analysis.
